Bucks County, PA Courthouse Is On The Move
Doylestown, PA’s new Justice Center on Main St.
As of 8 a.m. today, the Bucks County PA. domestic relations court has moved to a grand new address. Just a block away from its old location on Court St., the offices are now in the newly constructed Justice Center, 100 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901
If you should have a court date, this is where you should now set your GPS. If you are confused as to why you might need the court, here’s an excerpt from the courthouse website, explaining what the Domestic Relations office does:
Domestic Relations is a court related department that establishes and enforces child support, spousal, and alimony pendent lite orders per the Pennsylvania State Guidelines. Bucks County Domestic Relations assists parties in filing against non-custodial parents who live out of county, state or country at either office location. Bucks County Domestic Relations will attempt to establish paternity in all cases in which the child(ren) were born out of wedlock and no paternity acknowledgment has been signed. Bucks County Domestic Relations performs locate services if a non-custodial parent’s whereabouts are unknown.
